Performing arts camp registration opens January 1!

At the time of registration a non-refundable deposit is collected of $45. This deposit reserves your child's space in our Summer Camp Programming. Fees are due in full the month prior to programming (in the case of July Camp, fees are due June 1, 2026; in the case of August Camp, fees are due July 1, 2026).

Cancellations or withdrawal from Summer Camp Programming prior to June 1, 2026 for July programming, or prior to July 1, 2026 for August programming will not be invoiced. Shepherd Private Coaching will retain the non-refundable deposit of $45. No reimbursement will be issued.

Cancellations or withdrawals from Summer Camp Programming occurring after fees are due and/or payment has been made will be subject to refund on the following sliding scale: 

Long Notice : Withdrawal prior to invoicing/payment (4+ weeks before the start date of programming) results in the forfeit of the $45.00 deposit only.

Medium Notice : Withdrawal 2-4 weeks prior to the start date of programming, whether payment has been made in full or not, results in a 50% refund of Summer Camp Fees.

Short Notice : Withdrawal less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of programming, whether payment has been made in full or not, results in no refund/credit. All fees, in full, are forfeited to Shepherd Private Coaching.
